What in the name of all the gods was she thinking about

So there I am rushing around in my half hour lunch break to go to the bank, get stamps, go to get a sarnie etc and I cross the street and see this absolutely gorgeous husky, approximately 6 months old. Beautiful girl, unleashed, out of control, while I was waiting to cross she tried to cross over and nearly got hit...

I get over and she pretty much bumps into me and the petting commenced, the owner with her says...yeah, she's a baby and blind!

I was so angry I was speechless, told the owner get the poor bloody animal on a lead. There wasn't even a collar for her to get a hold of in an emergency. I had to walk away before I lost the rag completely.

That poor dog is going to end up badly hurt or dead. Stupid cow.

Speechless no leash and the dog is blind to boot.

I hate to think what the outcome of this will be.

The plain outright stupidity and ignorance of some people is truly unbelivable

Now that is something which needs reporting to the Dog Warden (or Police) before the poor dog causes a traffic accident.
