Don't Forget it's Birdwatch week-end

For those of you interested in watching the wild birds in your garden, this week-end is the RSPB birdwatch where we can submit the numbers we have seen of all the different species seen within one hour at any one time in our garden.
If you're interested, the form can be found here

I just submitted ours. We didn't have many of each species, but we had quite a lot, and one we couldn't quite fathom out with a black hat on! Luckily they had pictures of the uncommon ones and we found it there, but it could have been one of 2 so I ticked both! Also we didn't know if our thrushes are song thrushes or mistle thrushes coz it's very difficult to tell the difference isn't it?!
