Most of the time my 'heating' is an extra layer and I have gone from one layer to two .

Heating is reserved for daytime temperatures of 5 degrees or less.
I am not a 'hardy type' just doing as I have always done and living within my means .

It's on for an hour in the morning (I hate getting up anyway - getting up in a freezing cold house is just inviting staying in bed all day), probably going to get it on for an hour or so in the evening if the temperature stays at what it is - hate being cold anyway and with a 6 month old in the house who's got a stinker of a cold anyway we really can't have the place freezing.

It was chucking it down with rain this morning and we spent the first hour or so of the morning in the garden trying to put Cain's new kennel run up. We got wet, cold and fed up so went inside. I gave in and put heating on for an hour for this first time this year. This'll be my first year paying my own heating bills so it's a bit scary as I hate being cold

I ended up putting it on for an hour this afternoon. I was absolutly frozen indoors and it was so wet and cold outside. I hate having to use it this early but I really feel the cold these days.
