Excessive drinking of water

Over the last 2 or 3 weeks we have noticed our chocolate lab 20 months old wants to go for a wee more often at night .. Also she has today done a wee in the house (a massive one at that)..

Any help or advice please... She is seemingly drinking more but mainly after exercise..

I would suggest a vet check, maybe she has a UTI? it is a quick enough test to reveal an answer

Good Luck!

A vet check would be a good idea. As mentioned, excessive drinking and peeing can be related to a UTI. There are other things that can cause a dog to drink more water than usual.

Excessive drinking and peeing can also be a symptom of pyometra so I would definitely take the dog(s) to the vet.

Hello - it's strange that both dogs are drinking a lot more; I don't suppose that you have recently change their food?

If it was me I would take them both to the vet for a check up,but good luck anyway.
