Daily thread Friday 25th February 2022

Morning all.
Been awake since about 4.15, Steve is on a week of earlies. It's his birthday Tuesday and he has to work, hopefully I will catch up with him next weekend at some point but I will find him before his birthday so he can have his cards and presents ready for Tuesday

Morning Kelly and everyone else. Chilly here this morning and after moving a few bits around yesterday I am aching. No idea why as it wasn't much. Sun is shining so hopefully go for a walk in a mo. Wondering how Moyra is. Have a good day all.

Perhaps once your dad has to start paying for the work that you usually do he might get motivated to help around the house Kelly. You take it easier

Sunny and a little frost first thing but enjoyable walk. Off to the library shortly and then to the hairdresser. Today is a day to myself.

Went to Asda, bought a carrot cake for Steve's birthday....he doesn't like carrots but likes carrot cake. Picked up a lovely birthday card from the little shop that sells everything..... just trying to find out what time he finishes tomorrow so I can get the presents to him

Evening all

Hospital appointment early this morning. They checked my eye and it looks like the wet AMD is now dry - yah! So no injections until it turns again. Check up in six weeks and now been referred for the cataract op which I hope will improve my sight. I was so relieved. Long may it last

Rose has had a limp for a couple of days so we've been taking it very easy on our walk. Kept it short and no running around in the garden when we get home. Fingers crossed she seems a lot better today

So a good news day for me. I've decided I like good news days

Hoping Rosie stays limp free for a while.
Did the Dr sort his blood results out that were too high then fine but not really fine
