Confession Time

I was naughty on the weekend and had some dark chocolate (the 70% cocoa kind) and a piece of Lemon cake

As you can see I feel very guilty

I will probably see the results at my weigh in though .... my own fault !


Now I've confessed, I'm hoping to start a trend here

Weight watchers chocolate rolls are a good sweet quencher I find

I'm now on Paul McKenna's programme and really enjoying it and I am eating whatever the heck I feel like - and have lost 2.5kgs already

i'm on Paul McKenna too and have lost 5lbs in my first week! Eating what i like and just following his rule Move over skeletor, here I come

Today i nipped to morrisons for a few bits and had some milk bottles and milky way stars. My mum just came home with a marks and sparks 99 calories chocolate bar to say well done for being so good on the diet

EDIT TO ADD: And i gobbled it up in about 5 seconds

feel ill now tho!
