LOL

I can't believe it!!

I don't actually like goat's cheese so never eat it so never noticed but we've got goats cheese and pepper crackers that we're nibbling on and I said to mum 'I know this going to sound strange... but I'm sure these smell of goat' she said 'oh yeah I know... goat's cheese smells of goats'

I can't believe it! How come normal cheese doesn't smell of cows then??

Ewe's milk cheese is the same...... and when I worked a specialist deli it was Sod's law someone would want some really smelly ewe's cheese just before I went to lunch as the smell would stick to my hands no matter how hard I scrubbed them!

Well I don't like it either...

I went to stay with a family in France when I was at school and we were warned that the French were very proud of their food and even if we didn't like it we should compliment their food...

So, I got given goats cheese... didn't dare say what I really thought to it so told them I thought it was delicious.

I got it in my sandwiches for the next two days and had to beg from school mates on the coach!

However... the crackers were rather nice....

Mmmmm, I absolutely love it! Goat's cheese salad, crumbled on ciabatta, melted onto crackers. Yummy!!
