FOOTBALLERS WAGES

now is it just me or do you all think that footballers earn far to much money ??? Patrick Viera said in the paper recently he turned down a 90 grand a week deal at real madrid .........90.000!!!!!!!!!!!!
the same wage as Becks and Owen OMG thats a house a week isn't it .....are they worth it ??? if the wages were less normal folk could afford to atend matches ..we live near Fratton Park the home of Portsmouth FC and a family of 4 can see a game for £105... not a cheap day out eh ??

it was £70 before we were premeirship ..so just goes to show the price of promotion....it's not a cheap afternoon out ....I know we need a bigger stadium to fit another 20.000 in but i bet the price will go up to pay for it ....

Footballers get paid far to much, if I had my own way they would get £4.50 for every hour they actually work and train, so their bring home pay would be around the £45. a week mark. What gets me is they think they are gods, and that they can do what they like and treat people especially women like effluent.

well i wouldnt complain if my husband was a footballer!!!! i agree they are paid too much though
