petition

I seen this today ,poor dogs these people are sick
hopefully signing this petition will help stop some animal abuse

Two Beech Island teens are facing animal cruelty charges after two dogs were chained to concrete blocks and drowned in a pond. Cruelty to animals is a felony punishable by as much as five years in prison and a $5,000 fine. We petition for a vigorous prosecution, as well as a large fine, jail time and mandatory counseling if these teens are convicted.
