Morning Moyra and all to follow. Nice day here today.

King size bed frame now outside free to takers. Plus two pairs of wellies.
Lets see if they go.
Today mainly packing and tidying the house.

Chris lots of people here have wood burners and open fires including us. The pine has been treated so not a good idea to burn it will tar up your flue or blow back from an open fire.
If anyone takes it for firewood then that is their problem but we would personally not use any treated wood in our wood burner or an open fire.
Hows Gary hope he is doing well.

Hope everyone and all four legged friends are well today.

Good news chris.
Safe journey home brenda. No moving date yet still one unanswered question on our side waiting for an answer. Hoping from tomorrow that is sorted and dates sorted to.

Looks like the bed frame might of gone a neighbour across the road might take it to make a gate.

Will pop over to the members section Kazz.

Good morning everyone

All systems go then Lynn. It is surprising what people will pick up if free but a good way to recycle your unwanted items

Good news about Gary and long may he remain fit free.

Hope you are feeling better today Griff

Lovely morning here. Have walked Teazle and taken down the runner beans with are now finished. Have to dig over that bit but not feeling up to it at the moment as now chesty.

Safe journey home tomorrow Brenda and hope you have managed to enjoy most of your break.

Hope all two and four legged are well.

Have a good day and stay safe.

Chris really pleased to hear Gary is doing so well. Long may it continue for you all. Weather has been kind but I have felt it badly being without Tyto. Off out to lunch at a pub called the crown inn very near to where we are staying hope it is as good as the reviews say it is.

Good news Chris.
Enjoy lunch brenda. I can imagine the week has been hard.

Bed gone but not by our neighbour in the end. It was taken by someone in a van. Saves us a trip with it.

Just the wellies now.

We took a bed frame that had been left besides the bin at Gary's flat. It was a hardwood frame and lats so made ideal fencing for a small stretch at the side of the garage. It's really standing the test of time as it's been there 5 years now and still looks perfect

As they say, one man's rubbish is another man's treasure
