? The Best Christmas Present?

I have been traced by a brother I never knew I had!!!
His wife has done all the reaserch on the net and at the public records office.
We have exchanged phone calls and photographs and now on Sunday we are going to meet.
I am soooooooo excited but also very nervous.

We keep saying it's like surprise surprise. I keep expecting Cilla to pop out at anytime!!
He lives a fair distance from me but his Daughter lives quite close and he is staying with her for Christmas.
There have been a few tears already I can assure you. It has raked up a lot of the past and evoked so many good and bad feelings in me.
But now I am just happy and can't wait to meet him.
If we don't like each other then it's cheerio, I won't have lost anything, but I hope I am gaining a brother who I can be close to.

No, never.
This has been what has upset me the most, but is no good me worrying about that now. The past is past.
We have a lot of time to make up now.
