yup...mine does it to!
He also takes it to the top of the stairs and flings it down!
I freeze mine to and give it to him in his crate he cant throw it around as much...

If you stuff it with something soft like pate it won't fall out but will have to be licked out instead.

Yes - Sydney drops hers too - but she knows that only big end down will work!!

I also line hers with Pate that she has to lick out.

The other week I put a piece of cooked lamb inside it but it jammed and she could not get it out and neither could I !!
