Yep, we use Logic Gel too, I clean with brush a couple of times a week, other days I just add it to their food! Works great!

I used to be really good about cleaning Bruno's teeth. I used to brush 3/4 times a week with pet dent malt flavoured toothpaste, and then on the other days, Id rub petdent butterscotch flavoured oral gel in his mouth.

He loved it, but it is soooooo irritating when you try and brush and their tongue goes continuously!

what a mess!

Heres our teeth cleaning regime: 7pm hand each dog a set of lambs ribs.

great for mental stimulation, promotes good clean GUMS (!) and better for their health than say sludgy canned food.

We use "virbac", it's slightly cheaper than Logic and does a better job (IMO) - we tried Logic, but thought the teeth got yellower than with the Virbac.

The process with our boys is horrendous - I have to get down on my knees to put the dog in a headlock and jam his mouth open (cue dents in fingers!) whilst Mrs S wields the brushes (they have one each, matching their collar colours ). I think we hate the job as much as the dogs do!

Despite the thorough brushing, Snorri has lost some of his front teeth, because ha has a jaw defect which resulted in his teeth having very little seating in his jaw

Have never brushed my dogs teeth, they do it themselves by chewing on bones

Russ.
