Red Squirrels

Went to Formby point today...a wonderful nature reserve with a beautiful beach (+sand dunes) and a huge woodland...its one of the few last places you can see red squirrels.Hes 2 that came down for some food today.

Archer you have made my day, how lovely to see native British wildlife like that, they have been decimated by the verminous Grey Squirrel, I am very pleased you posted them.

Lovely pics, such cheeky looking creatures, we have a stoat coming into the garden at the moment, it seems to like the dewy mornings & literally skids & someraults in the short grass!! It is so funny to watch! I`d love to get a pic but you`d never be quick enough, they move like lightening!
