For me i love to get at least 8 hours a night. I can do 9 hours but once i get to 10 hours im knackered for the next day and i usually end up having a nap lol.

But i have found that Pepsi is the perfect dog to turn a nap around, i usually get tired at 2pm and now i take her out at 2pm. When i get back after a walk im never tired. But saying that she is always up for a nap during the day, bless her hehe.

I can sleep for up to 10 hours, but usually get about 8.

Depends what shift my OH is on what time I go to bed. Right now he is on nightshift so I go to bed when he's gone to work at 10pm and get up at about 7am (or earlier if I'm going to work).

Sleep is a sore subject for me at the moment, since I've hurt my knee I've taken to napping during the day, although I think it also stems from when I was working in the bar/nightclub until a few months ago... its really annoying me, even coffee doesn't keep me going!!!!

10 hours on average I thought you needed less sleep as you get older...I`m still waiting.

Normally I can live on between 6 to 8 hours a night.

Now i'm ill, and having treatment, the side effects are fatigue, and boy do I feel it!

I'm sleeping about 8 hours a night, and then having 1-3 hours napping in the afternoon!
If only it kept me awake longer....i'm still shattered by 10pm, and fighting to keep my eyes open!

Eight hours for me too - sometimes I get less, but then I do succumb to a "power nap" mid afternoon
I have actually found I am sleeping a bit more now I'm older, not less. Who said you need less sleep? Has it ever been proven?

About 7 hours. I can survive on less though. I just cannot go to bed 'early' no matter how tired I am...bed has to be after 12am.
