Vacuum cleaner recommendations please

Currently have a Bosch - it doesn't have the capacity to handle our coir floors.

We require a vacuum cleaner that can handle long dog hair, cope with Coir flooring, and oak floor...plus a bonus if it can clean woollen mats...

Any suggestions...I think I remember that Dyson got slated for a poor version of an animal vacuum cleaner...

We're open to suggestions.

Thanks for your help.

xi

I have a dco7 animal upstairs cos OH thought he broke it and got me a new one the same day .....It only needed the filter cleaned from brick dust LOL so ended up with 2 ......the DC07 tools are easier to use but the suction on the DC14 is ace..............

Well Inca that's really impressive that your OH went out on his own to get a vacuum cleaner, was it guilt

Seriously what a thoughtful OH.
