Waiting for Food

Dinah is very good and nails her bum to the floor whilst I am actually giving her her food/putting it down for her but whilst I am getting it ready she does this :smt026 :smt026 :smt026

What do yours do?

Sky sits as close to your legs as she cant get craneing her neck just about vertical to see what you are doing.....and follows you where ever you go withher bowl......i have acutally walked all round the house up and downthe stairs and she will follows you...

Jas runs in circles and bounces about too

must be a staffie thing cos both mine do the tigger thing too

She drools on my feet, and jumps up to the kitchen worktop.
When I turn my back she tries to steal it!

Kingsley just sits in the living room waiting until it's ready!

Alfie barks and bounces about on his back legs, Tina jumps on all fours, Emma sits wagging her tail ten to the dozen whimpering and with an occasional jump in the air and Holly who is totally nutty spins round in circles until her bowl is put down in front of her

Cassy & Kip both dont get fed unless they are sitting down by their bowls and they know this so when I am preparing their feed they always go position themselves sometimes Kip does get a bit excited and though she tries her best cant quite get the bum righht on the floor although shes in sitting position , when I put the bowl down they wait until I say "ok girls" and then they start to eat, I think its clever but its probably not.

Sometimes though if I prepare their food early and leave it on the kitchen worksurface usually I can guarantee Cassy will have both paws up and stands on her hind legs trying to get a better view of whats on offer lol. She cant resist doing it even though she knows she shouldnt

Shaan will sit and wait, the other 2 are usually superglued to my legs

Mine sit with their bums glued to the floor too and just stare at the bowl. Even if its put down right infront of them they wont touch it or make a move until I tell them-
