Yes.....Well I have cleaned her up with some salt water, her top notch has been ripped off hopefully that will grow again, and I have been and got some anti-biotics to give her by syringe.

She is brown and black, and should have feathers all over her feet but all that is missing at the moment.

Oh the poor little thing. I want to cry for her, she looks so hurt and yet dignified in a way. I hope she pulls through.

It doesn't surprise me in the least Steph, not that I think your stupid at all - just very caring.

Fingers crossed her injuries aren't too bad and that your magic touch will soon have her as happy and healthy as your other chucks

Thanks guys, I am now in and out like a blue a*se fly, watching her, she is in the hen house all puffed up fast asleep....I can see her breathing(thankfully)I think she is a Bantam, not really sure, she is smaller than my reds....(who incidently had a right fit of noise when they first saw her, but now are ignoring her) she has webbed feet, with bits of tuffs on but they have been bleeding which I have cleaned up. She has several wounds on her head and body which have been cleaned up and sterlised, her breathing is alot calmer now than it was.

Don't know what else I can do....I feel helpless now I wish it was 3 days on then I would know if she makes it (anyone have a crystal ball )
