your doing a great job hun .......agree with others infection is a huge priority when we have a litter the kids have to leave shoes at the door and wash hands before touching the pups I don't allow visitors to come until they are at least 3 weeks old

Congratulations on the birth of all the puppies, so sorry about the little ones that have died, but I suppose its expected in such a large litter, I found giving my bitch drinks of welpi puppy milk helped keep up her energy whilst feeding the pups, diluted with cooled boiled water, she also enjoyed a meal of scrambled eggs as this was not too heavy after eating the placentas,and seemed to counteract the possibility of having the runs, keep up the good work, and get some rest when you can, its going to take it out of you as well.

hi, the puppies are GSD x collie x whippet

bit of a mix, but very beautiful

the puppes and mum are doing great at the mo, she even comes downstairs to eat.

how long is 'safe' for her to be away from the, cus she wanted to have a bit of a play outside but i didnt know if i should let her

If mum wants to and there all fat and full it will do her good to have a break from them. Don't worry she won't stay away too long and will let you know when its time to go back in

Just make sure she doesn't bring any nasties in from the garden
