Never even really thought about the walk but its a killer what keeps starting me of is my Lab keep randomnly crying. I guess he has no idea just his best friend has gone.

Im really sorry. I do know the pain and its so difficult to get over the grief.
I still get it now and cried when you first wrote about Bobbi.

Was Bobbi the Springer ?

If so - I know what you mean. When I lost my last Springer he was my only dog.

My current Springer (Fingal) is one of 3 dogs we have but whenever we go walking, Breagh & Skye (my other 2) follow in Fingal's footsteps. Springers are always off ahead 'on the front line', full of bravado, hustling and bustling their way through everything, paving the way for the others to follow.

Skye and Fingal are 9 years old and if Fingal goes first I'm hoping his big pal Skye will still be happy with Young Breagh. The reason we got Breagh at this stage was to create an overlap for the future.

I'm sure in time things will get easier - especially with those big cuddles you're getting !
