Jasper (at the bridge) German Shepherd Dog

Thanks Katiecoos for the brilliant idea of taking a picture of a photo, hope you don't mind me copying your idea

This is Jasper, he was a very special boy and absolutely devoted to me. He loved Sid too, but was really a 'One-woman dog!)

He got admired wherever he went, he was the most obedient dog I will ever have the priviledge of owning, a true sportsman he loved every activity we did together. He partook in Agility, Working Trials, Obedience and Showing.

He was by no means an angel, he developed fear-aggression after being attacked three separate times in succession (very bad luck) but he was so trusting he would obey me even when he felt threatened.

Jasper had to be PTS 3yrs ago due to developing CDRM which left him completely paralysed in his back legs. There isn't a day goes by where I don't miss my boy.



Here he is in 'Show pose' Don't mind my hair, definately a bad hair day!!



This was taken at a very successful Companion Dog Show, he ended up winning FIVE trophies! He got Best In Show, Best GSD, Best Working Group and I honestly cannot remember what the others were for. What made it more special was the guy was a GSD Breed specialist judge and he told me "Never let anyone tell you this dog isn't a good example, I love him" What a day!
