Strange scabs

Teagan has some strange scabs on her head....

I noticed a few small scabs last week, but thought she had caught herself whilst on a walk, as she has caught her cheek and cut it (on a tree branch).

A few days later, more scabs appeared to the side of the original scabs - so I knew it wasn't an 'injury'.

Theres also one small scab on the back of her head, and there was one on her side, near her back leg.

I've tried to get a pic to show you...
i've also noticed to the left of the scabs, her hair is thin.......

I'm wondering if it's demodectic mange again?
It looks nothing like it did last time (she just went bald last time....no scabs).

They don't seem to itch her, but they are sore to the touch. She has rubbed the scabs off one patch this morning, so it's all red and raw.

I have tried to get a pic....but it was hard, as she won't stay still lol

(it's big so you can see properly).
The part on the left is the original scabs. The ones further to the right are the ones that came later.

Any ideas?

Yes, there are 2 types of mange..>Demodectic and Sarcoptic.
We don't tend to go anywhere there are foxes though.

I've got a feeling it's demodecitc again, which is crap - cos she's allergic to the treatment!

She had the wash, and was allergic to that, it made her twice has bad
The injection worked to clear it up, but it still made her ill!

I'll take her to the vets on Monday if it doewsn't clear up.

I've added Echinacea tablets to her cocktail of supplements, to help boost her immune system!

Hi Hevvur I really wouldn't like to say , Teagans coat looks nice and healthy. I can't see any scaling, it could be a number of things including mange or even a bacterial infection like this one..
