Those fences on waterlogged ground would have been really, really dangerous. There are other events, it's a shame as it's SUCH a major part of many peoples calendar; riders, grooms, spectators, business owners, fence builders and the list goes on, but safety has to come first.

Everything is getting called off, even dressage on a surface was called off near me as the rain has been too heavy for the drainage systems to work!
