Cutaneous horns

My Dog has been having problems with Cutaneous horns, not just one or two but quite a few spread out all over her body. Does anyone have any information on what might be going on or maybe how to reduce the outbreak of them.

I've read studies that suggest a higher diet in omega 3's, fish oil can, reduce the occurrence of this disease by as much as 90% but really haven't had any success with it.

She will be four years old on May 31st, 2015
F3 Labradoodle
Born in West Virginia
Lives in Huntsville Alabama, near the Red Stone Arsenal
Active Swimmer in lakes, rivers and swimming pools
Wellness Core dog food with daily probiotic pill, with a little Salmon Oil and sometime Coconut Oil mixed in. Fed once a day
Mostly drinks spring water, bottled.

No other health issues,

If anyone has any information or ideas that might help me out I would really appreciate it, thanks
