Oh Lorna, I know how horrible it is to see them like this, I've had my fair share over the years, but he's in the very best of hands by the sounds of it, they will do everything they can, so try and get some sleep tonight, ready to fight another day tomorrow, you must be worn out now, bless you.xxxxxx

Still got everything crossed that they'll sort him out and you'll have him back home tomorrow. Some of these bugs can be pretty horrendous when they strike, but he'll be ok with all the help he's getting if that's what this is. All the best to all of you and of course Chase.xxxx

I've been out all day so have only just come on line. So sorry to read about Chase. Such a worry for you, we all feel helpless when our four-legged friends are in pain Good news that his bloods were OK and at least he is in the best place and with a kind vet to boot
Everything crossed that tomorrow will show a huge improvement. Keep us informed with any news.

Poor little boy, what an awful day for you and him but hopefuly it is a bug that will respond to antibiotics. It is hard leaving them at the vets but he will be well cared for and she sounds lovely. I hope the news is good tomorrow and Chase will be feeling a lot better x

You must be distraught with worry, but Chase is in the right place and it's much better to have him treated than for him to remain in pain.

Everything crossed (and many positive vibes being sent) that Chase is feeling a lot better tomorrow and that he will be able to come home to mum and dad for some much needed TLC.

Give him the biggest of gentle hugs when you see him from me. I hope that this time next week it will all be just an unhappy memory and he can get back to enjoying life xxxx
