Should I take the Kong back?

well, Rockys only had it a few weeks and he's already biten the top small bit off and so i guess it wont b long for it all to be destroyed, and the thing is he doesnt even play with it that much!

I think im gonna take it back tomoro and see if they give us a refund - if they do shall we get another (as ours may just have been a faulty one) or should we get a refund and get sommin else?

So far his best toy is the 'invincible rings'... the one on the right in this pic:

still in one piece!
(or three pieces!)

I would take it back, they are supposed to be practically indestructible. If it is not faulty Rocky must have mighty jaws and teeth! Mind you, sharp puppy teeth can do much more damage than the adult teeth which are rather more blunt, but would have thought Rocky would have his permanent teeth through by now?

If you get another one make sure it is the largest size.

The ring touys look good. Haven't seen them here.

I can't believe he chewed the chew proof toy!! Tigger hasn't. Yet, anyway. He likes to carry it around as his security chew and he loves when I throw it and it bounces. It's going to die soon isn't it? :smt022

Take it back and get the largest size "black" kong. Black is their hardest rubber.

Hi Azz,

believe me when i say that i have the same problem with my dogs they can chew through anything! They even destroy the Black Kong easily! We are lucky if a toy lasts 1/2 an hour in our house, which by that time it is in pieces all over the floor. So i know how you feel! It's worth trying to take it back and see what they say. But if he is anything like my dogs then NOTHING is indestructible.

Hi Roxy,

they are!! Absolutely nothing is safe! When they were pups i bought each of them toys to play with, but none of them lasted long. The longest anything has lasted was 1 day! But what can you do?!

N I thought Saffy was bad, she can demolish most things in half an hour but not a black kong, although she has made valiant attempts

Azz, are the toys in the picture any good apart from the rings that Rocky has Our local pet shop has a lot of that kind, quite reasonable in price too.
