I have a ford galaxy - 7 seater, but you can take all the back seats out (or as many as you want), which then gives you a nice big boot for doggies

I looked at these but the NCAP safety rating was none existant! I've got a Kia Sedona, and its great (once you get used to wearing a brown paper bag ). A bit plasiticy in the inside and the auto transmission could be set up better (used to have a Volve V70 D5 ), but great for the dogs. All the seat come out individually and it has "trizone" climate control, where you can set differnt temps for different parts of the car. Fuel wise its not too bad, I've got a 2.9 diesel and it does around 30-35 mpg.

We've done Scotland and back with 3 gordons (and accompanying junk) individually crated, with no problems.

You'd probably need to use a ramp, ast he newer Sedonas have a lip at the boot.
