Whereabouts are you? I may know of someone who could help you but they're up North (Sheffield). Let me know if you're interested and I'll ask them!

I would re-try the malamute club rescue, it may be possible when you tried to contact them they were possibly in Aviemore? so worth trying again.

Hi there,
A friend of mine came across a malamute / malamute x roaming the streets about 6 months ago.... she put posters up, called police to report missing dog... all the usual stuff and no-one claimed him. She decided to keep him instead of sending him to kennels

As time has passed she's realised that she can't cope with him... he's not getting the exercize he needs and despite having a very loving temperament, he's too boisterous around the girls. All he needs is exercize and stimulation (and probably castration as he's not been done) and he'd be so much happier.

She is taking him to the RSPCA on wednesday so I thought I'd check out Dogsey to see if anyone was looking to re-home anyone like Duke (thats what they've called him)

Let me know if your interested and I'll see if she has got any pics she can send that I can post for you
