is it ok to eat?

I went shopping at lunchtime and as Tris is on his holidays this week I bought a few ready meals for myself. I left them in the back of the car and went back to work (bear in mind it was peeing down and freezing!) I came out of work and it was boiling and me ready meals have been in the sun for 4 hours! Two of them are veggie but I have one chicken in sweet and sour sauce. I think that the meat is already cooked in it and all the microwave does is heat it up. Do you think they will be ok to eat?

What am I like

After 4 hours I wouldn't eat any of them personally.

Cheaper and can be just as quick to cook from scratch anyway

Yeah I know it is cheaper to cook from scratch but cant be bothered for just myself!! Im soooo lazy!

Just not worth the risk - Throw 'em. And get yourself down the takeaway!
