Morning
Dad's gone back to work today after 5 weeks off....phew! I am sure we will never hear the end of how bad it is Tonight. He has literally just sat in the house for 5 weeks, of course your knee is going to hurt after just lying on a bed watching TV for 5 weeks, I did try to say he needed to go for a walk to see how it was....managed to get him to do that twice.

I was talking to someone in the car trade the other day and the subject got around to MOT testing. I wondered why they put "advisory" notices on the MOT test certificate.
Apparently if they don't and nearly every car tested doesn't have a fault, then the inspectorate overseeing MOT test stations start wondering why and may do a spot check on the MOT test station.

So the "advisory" notice is not worth bothering and worrying about

That's what my Dad used to say clip board mentality i.e. be seen to do something.
