I already have one from Jenny. Sprinkle lavender oil on the pillow before going to bed.

Haven't tried it yet, as I just bought the oil today

Lavender is good for sleeping J I have phases of sleeping probs I know it's not nice
I ended up buying the herbal sleeping stuff "Nightol" the last time ... that worked
