Frodo's First Walk

I figure the '5 minute per month' rule mostly applies to time walking rather than just outside time...
It took us 10 minutes just to walk past 2 houses to get to the top of the road



Since it was his first walk, I wanted to focus on just him so went without RipRor. After the slow start and a bit of a whine at the first dog we saw, he was brilliant!!
No pulling or leaping around (unlike the howling GSD pup that we saw taking his teenager for a walk lol), polite sniffs and tail wags for the dogs we met, and he even remembered how to sit for me




We happened upon a bit of a puppy fan club, so naturally had to stop for a fuss haha - he loved the attention from adults, kids and dogs alike

My new crate came today too. Ripley hates the car, so I'm hoping feeling nice and safe in a smaller space will help a bit (she usually tunnels under blankets in the car...).
Nice, big smooth crate, a comfy mat and divider - £25 brand new!

Seriously now, she'd probably sit in a volcano if you put that cushion in first!



Rory fell out with me for not taking him on two walks in a row (bad mummy!! ) and claimed the mat from the crate

Marco stops whenever a car comes past....be great fun if I take him on the main road.
