Quietest dog hair dryers

My cockapoo puppy is terrified of hair dryer. Starts shaking as soon as I get it out, let alone turn it on. Anyway, as I've found out only hair dryers specifically for dogs should be used, I'd be grateful for suggestions as to the very quietest dog one, or would one of those comb things that dry be better, but she doesn't like being brushed much either?

Also, do Dogsey still notify you when there's a reply? It's just that I didn't receive notification for replies to my last post. If this still happens, then I can blame TalkTalk (useless) who have completely cocked up email system.
