It doesn't say, the person who posted it on ours, cross posted it from another forum. I think it is positive there is a reg number and make and type of van as well, so we all know what to watch out for!!!

Its the general Nottingham and Peterborough area. Anyone in that area keep your eyes peeled for a white van with that reg. Like you say it sends shivers down your spine
