Thats what I was wondering? They are usually very quick at contacting folk, especially at the moment when all rescues are bursting at the seams!!
Good luck

Good luck cabman, do you know who you might adopt? I had picked Sadie out before my home visit. Good job we passed it eh, or I would have been devastated.

When I first looked for a rescue dog, I waited 4 weeks for my home visit. I called them every other day, but their only homechecker was run off his feet.
(This was from the day we passed the interview, the dog choosing us and being told we were perfect for each other. Like I said, 4 weeks was a lifetime to us at that time, but considering we were looking at a lifetime with our new companion, he was worth it in the end.)

A friend of ours waited 6 weeks for her homecheck and then a further month before the dog was handed over due to the dog being ill.

Sometimes, some things in life are worth the wait

good luck tomorrow.
