What tests have been run? Has he had a thyroid panel and been tested for pancreatic disease?

5ml or one tsp per 10kg so I would give yours 3tsp, you cannot really OD on it.

No tests yet, those are all to come if he dosen't improve PDQ, send poo sample off first. Keen to get a blood done to
