Vibes for Tasha please

A few weeks back I wrote that Tasha (my friends dog) wasnt eating. She hasnt been right for about 4 weeks, she has been taken to one vet twice including a 4 day stay ending in the vet phoning me to come and get her as she wouldnt eat (my friend was in the UK at the time at her fathers funeral) and he thought I might manage to feed her something.
Now right at the very start of the vet visits we told the vet that
Not eating, she lost 2 kg in a month.
Bloody diarrhea, (only once as far as we know) which then turned to constipation.
Slight limping,
lethargic
we had found two tics on her and my friend had had a dog staying in her holiday home before Christmas that had ended up with a really bad tick born illness. The vet just poo pooed the whole tick thing as we dont have a tick problem in this area.
Now at another vets Tasha is on dialysis she has to be on this for 48 hours (she has had 24) she is responding well but the crunch will come when she is taken off dialysis and her body has to fend for itself.
If the first vet had listened to us she would have been well on the road to recovery by now and not have been so badly affected.

Really bad news, Tasha is back at the vets after a weekend at home, this morning she was walking like she was drunk
She is now back on dialysis until Saturday the vet only gives her a 20% chance that this will work.
