in for a bad night

well all its done is rain the temp has risen and now we are having one spectacular thunderstorm its coming right across the mountain and heading straight out for the channel the lightning is so bright and the thunder is so loud

Just heavy rain here in Bristol, hopefully it's not heading our way? It seems to have warmed up though, had to switch the heating off and open a window

Sounds horrid, we had a heavy downpour earlier and I did think the wind was starting up again but that hasn't really come to much. I have to say its got a bit chillier here though.

We had the bad storm few hours ago Jen with almost horizontal rain,but no thunder or lightening.Funny you say the temp rose though cause at around 9.50pm-i was sweating my head off.Its all clear now though,but weather said we're gonna get more tommorrow.

ooh steve i think i would rather the rain this thunder is a bit to loud got the cooling fans on now cos its so warm no heating on

My heating is timed to switch off at 10.00pm anyway Jen and its now a real comfortable temperature.I was feelin' lazy and couldnt be arsed to turn the radiator down so sat here sweated it out for a while!

Do envy you for having lightening though-love it!

i dont mind the lightning its just the thunder has a real strange roaring sound coming with it the lightning is pretty and nice colours with it,shiloh has gone into panick mode howling while chey is fast asleep
