Parcel delivery

I am waiting for a delivery via Yodel . Just spoken the the driver and he says I should with luck get it by 5.30pm.
He said I should ignore the delivery details as they are never right, and that is from someone who works for them
To me it looks as if it was on the first delivery round and now on the next. So my computer will have to wait now until tomorrow for the power unit upgrade. Now wonder that the Yodel site only has a 3 star rating out of a 5 start rating.

Taking over 9 hours to deliver from a depot only one and a half hours away

Ah but you are forgetting they have to stop to feed the horse

They don't have the best of reputations and I think I read somewhere they are stretched financially.

Glad you got the goods eventually and they worked

Some of the drivers start with the furthest away delivery and work their way back towards the depot which could be what your driver did. I much prefer when it's DPD who deliver, get the one hour delivery slot and they are always on time.

Personally I think pigeon post or you could use a bigger bird if the parcel is a large one. Sorry my sense of humour. I could just imagine usng a horse with a nose bag on. rofl!
