run social evenings.. owners come with their dogs, we have cake and drinks and chat and hang out, stupid quizzes, dogs hang out too, we are arranging guest speakers and ar planning picnics etc for the summer - literally just an evening out with your pooch chatting and getting fat on homemade cake ... they are lovely evenings!

don't know if it's any help, but I found the thing that owners and dogs loved was to end each session with a new trick. Twist and turn, through legs, leave on paw, high five etc etc etc.

Funnily enough, the tricks were always perfected by the following week even if some of the basics hadn't been practiced too much in the interim.
