How else do you call your dog/s?

I mean nicknames

so the name of mine is Balou

but sometimes I call her just Hund (hound)

or sweetie actually in English

then sometimes "Stinkerle" what means, a little (small) stinky one but of course all in a nice meaning

or "Mäusemädchen" what means a "little girly mouse"

...oh and I forgot, sometimes I call her "Schmuddelbär" ~ "muckybear"
mostly when she thought, she had to dig in the dirt!

and sometimes "Schlamperle" what means, in a nice way of course! a little sloven <-?

I see, almost not to translate those nicknames

so how else do you call your dog/s?

Rory gets called by his 'official' name - Rorschach - when he's up to no good...
He also gets called Dopey, Turnip, Rory-McGrory and Moo Cow.

Ripley gets Roo, Rippers, Pretty Princess, Pumpkin, Ripley-bom-bipley, Snowy and Patch

Collectively they are stinkies, poochinos, hounds, dogberts, foxies, super-dogs or babies
Since they follow me everywhere, the family refers to them as my 'dogtourage'

Currently Pereg is being called "Da Booger" although if she behaves I might drop that one. Other names are "Pwink" or "Pwinkle" [I have no idea why ] and quite often "Hüntele".

She also answers to "Dog" and "Oi You".

Hi Beside a pain in the butt,I have two dogs but they seem to answer in unison to each others name if Im calling Holly,Faye will come as well, and if its Faye Holly will come,if I call Faye a big baby as she trys to climb on my lap,Holly responds and I end upwith 2 dogs on my lap.So I think it must be easier with one dog to have nicknames, because I think its the tone of your voice that they respond to,not the name perse crystalgirl
