Appeal for information

Hi,
This is crossposted from another site,

An appeal for information has been launched following the recovery of the bodies of two staffordshire bull terrier type dogs from a short strech of theLeeds-Liverpool canal in burnley. Both dogs are male brindle in colour and are thought to be aged 3 or under.Neither appear to have been reported missing by an owner and are not microchipped,so it is possible that the owner is aware and possibly was involved in some way in their death. The dogs bore the same unnatural injuries and there is concern as to how these dogs died. The incident has been reported to the local police and rspca and the local dog warden attended the scene.Photographs of both dogs have been taken in order that they can be identified should an owner come forward.
If anyone has any information please pm me for a contact number.
