Tonight we are having roast duck, with roasties and veg; and we've got toffee and honeycomb icecream for pudding!

We're also having some lovely cold cider!

We went out for a family meal but only because it was my brother-in-law's 40th. I had a posh prawn cocktail, salmon and a cheese platter, followed by coffee and cream egg lol.

We usually just have a roast when we aren't doing anyting special at Easter.

Er sorry but I don't like the sound of your dessert as I'm vegetarian!

I'm feeling guilty now as Jamie had a packet meal that was in the freezer as I went out to a dog show today so he was left to fend for himself. He has spent the last few weeks reading my Delia Smith cookery books and I told him it was about time he did some practical work rather than all this theory!
