They are fine to eat if you know how they died. We eat plenty we have shot and what the Terriers catch, but the OP doesnt said it was already dead, so Id be a little suspicious as to how it died, which was why I asked if it was floppy (just killed) or stiff, (perhaps killed the night before) or pliable. (killed over 48hrs previous)
