glad he is ok

Well, my day wasnt really like I thought it would be today. So, basically I didn't walk my socks off at all

What I did though was to use a 40 min walk a bit 'better' by doing a 'walk-jog' I really had to tbh, I know how much take-away Pizza I ate last night!

Went for a wee jog tonight, I was quite pleased as I done MUCH better than I thought, or even 'planned'

I really enjoyed it and felt great for having accomplished it, even if it wasn't far, then I spent another 45 mins walking with Loui as he hadn't been to the woods yet...

I'm thinking I might do my Pilates DVD tomorrow as I can feel my legs getting a little stiff despite stretching. Emphasis in MIGHT lol

I don't like going round the streets much but I don't mind on trails or cycle paths (the ones from old railway lines, through parks etc)

Edit; It is hard and something that takes time to build up when your starting from scratch, but it was nice to see that I hadn't 'lost it' from the running I used to do, if you know what I mean. No-where near before but defo not like the first ever day you decide to run if that makes sense?

you should start if you want to though, just pick good tunes to listen to, start with a fairly flat surface and then walk, jog, when jogging is too much go back to walking and so on. It doesnt matter how much or little you can do, just if you can add a few seconds on each time then you know you are getting better

If you care what anyone thinks then you just need to remind yourself that THEY are NOT jogging are they?!
