My sisters house went on the market on Tuesday 14th December and they had a firm offer on the Thursday 16th December. They move on 16th January, all complete within 5 weeks! They live in Yate, Sth Glos.

we had a firm offer today but was a bit less than what we want for it with bein on such as short time we think well hang on a bit.
