Cystitis?

Roxie has been peeing more than normal today, and about an hour ago I noticed the lasr few pees shw was trying to squeeze out were very bloody.

We are booked in for the Vets at half five, I'm thinking its cystitis?

Could be, could be crystals, make sure you take a sample to the vet on your way in, as fresh as possible

Have just got a sample now for the vet, and will try and get another before we go. Im scared now though cause she has just passed what looks like a clot

Should I be really worried or is that part of the crystals/cystitus?

This was the first time she had been for about an hour and a half

Katie & Rosie both have passed clots with cystitis, sounds like a nasty wee infection she has.

Hugs x

Not the best news

I took a sample in, shes got cystitus and the vet also thought that she had an underlying bacterial thing going on... however ive just got off the phone with her and theyve found loads of crystals in her urine...

They want to put her on Hills U/d food. Anyone know anything about this or reccomend something else?

I would use the UD diet for now, until the issues have resolved, it should only be for short time.
