Why are you eating my food?

On Thursday evening I took some chicken wings out of Pereg's freezer and put them in the refrigerator to defrost.

Looks of eager anticipation from Pereg!

Yesterday evening I took them out of the fridge and chucked them into a crockpot to cook for myself.

Looks of confuddlement from Pereg.

This morning, the crockpot having been on Low overnight, I chucked in some of the vegetables I had blanched and frozen.

Looks of total bewilderment from Pereg.

"Mommy, why are you eating my food?"
