Grrrrr, cannot get big pics from photobucket

I know that I must be a complete dumbo, because everyone else can do it!!!

Since Photobucket changed their uploading thingy (it used to have a sizing option that you set before uploading) I am at a complete loss to know how to make the images that appear - on this site for example - a decent size. I know that there is an option for uploading multiple files, and that does seem to have a sizing option, however I only ever fiddle with one or two pics at a time and this multiple file thing requires Java, which I got rid of because it caused me problems with my computer.

I have tried the resizing option but nothing happens, even though I click on save changes etc.

What am I doing wrong?

Go onto your normal "my home"

Then where it has the upload photos, there is highlighted text underneath saying "use our bulk uploader". Click that

choose your file where to get the pics from

Then underneath the "add descriptions and upload" box, there is a image size thing with "more options" next to it. Click that and choose max image size (17" screen - 1024x76 then upload your pics.

That should sort it (hopefully).
