Now that is one of the scariest things I've seen!!!

I do hope that you can hold your own with your fellow students & show them the error of their ways Perhaps suggest they read some of the threads on here?!

As far as on TV goes? Victoria Stilwell. But there really aren't many choices out there. Cesar (yuck), Brad Pattison (OMG RUN AWAY) and Victoria may be it.

For other trainers, Patricia McConnell and Pat Miller, both of whom have written some really fantastic books. Both keep blogs (Patricia McConnell's is at http://www.theotherendoftheleash.com and Pat Miller's is at http://www.peaceablepaws.com/), though McConnell's been blogging longer and so has quite a back log of really awesome posts. I have learned SO MUCH from both of these women.

The principles of some of what he says is actually quite good, i.e. give them exercise, boundaries and a job to do....

Unfortunately that's as far as it goes cos what he says and what he actually does are two totally different things. Same as what he says the dogs are doing and what is actually going on are complete opposites.

Watch with the sound off and re-categorise as a horror film is my advice....and don't add the 'no animals were hurt during the makings of this film' cos it would be patently untrue.

I absolutely HATE the guy (sorry for shouting )

Patricia McConnell is very good. The other end of the leash is great. Explains very well why us numpty apes do what we do.

yep also a good one but I don't think anything beats the 'idiot ape' type comments in 'the other end of the leash' ...lol....can you tell I don't have a lot of respect for humans as a species?
